In the second round of Woodbridge Cup finals games the Blayney Bears and Cowra Magpies sides were successful at the expense of Cargo and last year’s grand finalists Manildra.

Both of the home clubs were beaten as the former Group 10 clubs moved on, with Blayney defeating Cargo at Cargo 30-22, while the Cowra side won 28-22 at Manildra, both of the winners backing up their victories in the elimination finalists.

The previous week’s winners, Oberon and Trundle, with a week off, were in the wings awaiting the results of the games and who would be their opponents in their respective finals.

Oberon will host Cowra and Trundle are at home to Blayney in the second last games of the year, the winners to meet in the following week’s grand final.
